CUSTOMIZATION

To maintain the consistency and integrity of the images, crops or other alterations cannot be made.

Framing

Fine art prints are assembled in American made, custom gallery standard frames. These premium wood frames come in a white or black matte finish and showcase a simplistic sleekness that highlights the artwork while providing long lasting protection to the print.

Framed artwork comes equipped with hanging hardware, clear bumpers, and a protective paperback finish.

30" x 40" and smaller
Frame face: 3/4 in.
Frame depth: 1-1/4 in.

30" x 45" in. and larger
Frame face: 1 in.
Frame depth: 2-1/4 in.

We offer multiple sizes to fit your space and encourage you to measure your space carefully. We have provided dimensions for the artwork based upon the image size, mat size and frame size. Click below to see size chart.

Full Bleed
Artwork extends to the edge of the frame, with no white space for a clean and elegant look.

Mat Border
Artwork is framed by an acid free, 4-ply white mat border.

10"x 5" Frame

Plexiglass comes standard with framed artwork. This UV-filtering acrylic has become the industry standard among art sellers and galleries. It is lightweight, more durable than glass, scratch-resistant, shatter-resistant and filters up to 85-89% of UV and 92% of light.

Please note, plexiglass will have a reflective surface. This should be considered when choosing your hanging location.

PRINTS

Artwork is printed on thick, fiber-based museum quality paper; ensuring a smooth fine art finish and guaranteed endurance.

Unframed fine art prints include a 1" white border around image, with the exception of 40x60 and 30x60.

Hanging Frame

What You'll Need

A hammer, a screwdriver, measuring tape, a pencil or painter's tape, a level, a friend (if your piece is very large), and some enthusiasm!

Wire

Hold frame to the wall at the desired position and lightly mark on the wall where the center of the frame is with pencil or removable painter’s tape. On the back of the frame, find the center of the hanging wire. Gently pull the hanging wire toward the top of the frame until taut. Measure the distance from where you are holding the wire taut to the top of the frame.Use the dimensions from step three to measure down from your initial mark. Make a mark here to note where you will place your nail.Position your hook and nail on the wall. Hammer the nail through the hook.Erase the pencil marks or remove the tape from the wall.Use your hands to help guide the wire onto the hanger. If your piece is too large to hang alone, have a friend hold the frame while you guide the wire onto the wall hanger.Once the wire is on the hook, place a level on top to check if the frame hangs evenly.

Product Care

To clean, use a small amount of mild soap and lukewarm water with a soft cloth or sponge. Cleaners designed for acrylic are also okay to use. To dry, blot gently with a lint-free cloth. For dust, remove by blowing on the acrylic. 

Things to avoid

Do not use your hand or a dry cloth to remove dust. 
Do not use Windex or products that contain ammonia. 
Do not use abrasive materials while cleaning the plexiglass. 

Shipping

Shipping Locally
We offer free standard shipping for orders within the U.S.

Shipping International
Shipping for locations outside of the U.S. will be calculated at checkout. Only unframed artwork can be shipped outside the U.S. at this time.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is offered upon request.

Standard shipping (for both framed and unframed prints) is free. Expedited shipping is also available. Contact us for a quote.

Unframed Artwork
Unframed artwork shipments arrive 1-2 weeks from the date the order is placed. Fine art prints smaller than 11x14 in. will be shipped in a mailer. Fine art prints larger than 11x14 in. will be shipped in a tube via USPS or FedEx Ground.

Premium Wood Frames
Framed artwork shipments arrive 1-2 weeks to from the date the order is placed. The framed piece is shipped FedEx Ground delivery or freight service depending on the size.

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, many carriers are experiencing delivery delays. Your package may show up a few days after being marked as delivered by the carrier. 

If you are unable to locate your package after 3 business days, please email info@kaliimages.com with your order number and shipping address. Lost package reports will not be accepted after 14 business days of the package being marked as delivered. 

Depending on the status of your package (lost or delivered to the wrong address), our team will work with our carriers to resolve the missing package as soon as possible. 

Can I edit/cancel my order?

Fine art pieces are custom and made to order. Therefore, all orders are final as soon as they are placed. We do not accept any changes or cancellations to orders, as these are put into production within 1 business day of being ordered.

Can I change my shipping address?

My order is currently in production: As long as we are notified of address changes prior to your frame leaving our facility, we are able to accommodate address changes. However, this may delay your shipment. Please email info@kaliimages.com with your order number and new address for shipping, and we will do our best to update your order.

My order has already shipped: If your frame has left our shop, any changes to your destination address will need to be made through the shipping carrier, FedEx. 

RETURNS & DAMAGE

All sales are final, non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if you have received the wrong print in error, please contact us so we may resolve the issue.

We take great care to ensure that all artwork purchases arrive safely. However, at times unfortunate things happen that are beyond our control and there’s a chance your order could arrive imperfect. In such cases, we require that any damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving your delivery, otherwise we cannot make a claim with our shipment carrier and thus cannot assume responsibility. Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if there’s an issue, carefully follow these instructions:

1. When the shipment arrives, examine the outside of the box and please note any visible damage when you sign for it.

2. If damaged, take a picture of the outside of the box before you open it.

3. Open the package and take pictures of all damage points.

4. Send all photos and your contact information to info@kaliimages.com with the subject line “Damage – Order Number” Your order number can be found in our e-mail updates to you.
